NW GOLF PASS PROCEDURES

Specific procedures have been established for each NW Golf Pass-holder to follow:
- Call the participating golf course where you want to play and identify yourself as a NW Golf Pass-holder.
- Reserve your tee time within the specific tee time parameters designated by that golf course. See the "Courses" file for individual course details.
- Present your NW Golf Pass upon checking in at the Pro Shop prior to your tee time.
USING YOUR NW GOLF PASS:
- Each NW Golf Pass is personalized with the card-holder's name and card number.
- Each NW Golf Pass is valid for the calendar year in which it is issued. It will expire on 12/31 of that year or upon the seasonal closing of participating golf courses, whichever comes first.
- A maximum of two golfers may play under a single pass, playing together in the same round. A foursome incentive package will require two NW Golf Passes unless otherwise specified in the course's offer.
- Single golfer use of the NW Golf Pass will be totally at the discretion of the participating golf course and will not normally be honored.
- The NW Golf Pass cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
- The NW Golf Pass will not be honored for use in tournament play, on holidays, twilight fees, senior and junior fees, or any other special events determined and identified by the participating golf course.
- The incentive offer by the participating golf course may not be pro-rated.
- Use of the NW Golf Pass does not guarantee tee time availability which may fluctuate with the time of year and course activity and events.
- The NW Golf Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.
